Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:
• Refunds will be considered only for duplicate donations or errors in the transaction process.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted within 15 days of the donation date.
2. Process for Refunds:

• Include the following details in your request:
• Full name
• Donation amount
• Date of donation
• Transaction ID or receipt
• Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Donations:
• Donations made towards specific programs, campaigns, or events are considered final and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Requests:
• Cancellation of recurring donations must be requested at least 5 days prior to the next scheduled payment date.
• Contact us via email or phone to cancel recurring donations.
2. One-Time Donations:
• One-time donations cannot be canceled once the transaction is completed.
